Technical Account Manager - Ecommerce Fulfillment
Full time, on site in Dallas, TX (Addison). As Technical Account Manager you are the technical owner of the client relationship: you join onboarding calls, run new client onboarding end to end, connect and troubleshoot Shopify, Amazon, and TikTok Shop integrations, manage day to day WMS operations in ShipHero, keep product data accurate, and stay on as each brand's primary point of contact. You will manage one direct report on the client support team and report to the CEO. $65,000 to $85,000 per year based on experience, plus performance bonus eligibility.
