Fully remote (US) account management role. Be the primary point of contact for ShipSquared's brand partners: onboard new clients, monitor fulfillment SLAs, run monthly business reviews, and identify growth opportunities across our 3PL service portfolio. $55K – $75K plus performance bonus, health/dental/vision, and unlimited PTO.
